Kirstyn Lazur
has been teaching dance for over 20 years to all ages on both the east and west coasts of the U.S. She studied Mattox jazz technique with jazz master Jean Sabatine at the University of Connecticut. While teaching adult jazz in Los Angeles, Kirstyn also performed in the Los-Angeles based contemporary dance company Datugan Dance. For over 13 years, Kirstyn has been a certified barre (strength-conditioning) teacher additionally teaching yoga, HITT, and cardio classes.  Holding an M.A. in English Literature, Kirstyn has always been fascinated by the intersection of our stories and bodies.
