What If?

What if all fairy tales were real?  Not just metaphorically real, but really real.  What if the fairies, dragons, wizards and witches are living among us and inside us?  What if there is magic in the mundane?  Extraordinary in the ordinary?  True, there’s nothing magical about the traffic you’ve been sitting in for the last two hours.  But that car that just cut you off has a bumper sticker with a message. That message just so happens to be the confirmation you’ve needed.  It's the nudge that whispers, "Yes, you're doing it. Keep going!" and dismantles all the anxiety that kept you up the night before. A personal message from the universe to you.  As I go about my day, I look for these moments. They are flecks of diamond in the rock. I call them Fairy Dustballs.
